The first Newsletter of the project is now available!

The STEAMbrace project has officially launched its first newsletter, marking a significant step in its mission to tackle the gender gap in STEM education across Europe. This initiative leverages the power of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) to create an inclusive, sustainable, and socially impactful education methodology, encouraging more women to join these fields and empowering the next generation of European innovators. Building Bridges: The STEAM Alliance for EuropeAt the heart of STEAMbrace is the creation of the STEAM Alliance for Europe, a network uniting schools, enterprises, research institutes, cultural and creative industries (CCIs), and other stakeholders in a collective effort to revolutionize STEAM education. Registrations are now open, inviting organizations to join this transformative initiative aimed at shaping a future where STEAM education is accessible and equitable for all. Highlights from the Newsletter Kick-Off Meeting in ZaragozaThe project, backed by €3 million in funding from the European Commission, launched earlier this year in Zaragoza, Spain. Its objectives include establishing a European-wide framework for STEAM skill development and introducing a European STEAM training certificate. Engaging ResourcesSTEAMbrace has prepared infographics, informative posts, and factsheets celebrating women in STEM, available on Instagram. These resources aim to inspire and inform audiences about the potential of STEAM education. Future of STEAM Education CongressRegistration is open for the Future of STEAM Education Congress, scheduled for February 3–5, 2025, in Gothenburg, Sweden.
